Basic use:
It is specially used for labeling different kinds of cards on the surface of various plastic sheets, with high precision and no bubbles produced on the film. It has automatic product recognition function which varies different products with different labeling heads. Also it can be equipped with various packaging lines.

A. Paging Stability. It adopts the advanced sorting-reverse wheel technology, sorting rate is much higher than the general sorting mechanism;
B. High-Speed, especially for Drug administration code, and the stable speed can reach 200 pieces/min or more;
C. Wide applications, it is suitable for cards, scrip or unfolded cartons;
D. High Precision, the workpiece is pressed by the top roller, to ensure conveying is stable, no warped up or curl.
E. The mechanical adjustment part of the structural combination and the clever design of the label winding, The labeling position (6 degree-of-freedom) can be slight adjusted conveniently. Time-saving & easy-operating for conversion in different kind of products and label winding.
F. Intelligent Managing. automatic photoelectric tracking, labels for every single object. automatic correction for object without label and automatic detection to prevent leakage and waste.
G. High stability, Panasonic PLC + Kunlun open state touch screen + Panasonic needle-shaped electric eye + German Leuze label-detecting electric eye are comprised of advanced electronic control system, supporting 7 × 24 hours operation.
