Automatic Double Sides Round Bottle Labeling Machine Multi-Function Square Flat Bottle Packing Machine
Basic use:
Full-automatic multifunctional labeling machine for flat & round bottle, which can realize double-side and circumferential labeling at one time. It can be applied in labeling for single or double sides of flat, square and irregular-shaped bottles as well as full-circle and semi-circle labeling of cylindrical objects. It is widely used in household chemicals and cosmetics industry.
Features:
A. Powerful function, It can meet the need for single-side and double-side labeling of four kinds of product (round bottle, flat bottle, square bottle, irregular-shaped bottle);
B. It adopts single-side rigid plastic synchronous guiding chain to ensure the neutrality of the bottle, which greatly reduces the workforce and the difficulties in docking with the assembly line. It can be connected to the production line or used alone.
C.It is equipped with elastic pressing mechanism to ensure delivery is smooth and effectively eliminate the error caused by the height of bottle.
D. Configured automatic bottle-distributing mechanism which automatically separate the spacing before guiding the bottle to ensure the stability of the following operation like guiding, conveying and labeling;
E. It is equipped with double label covering mechanism to ensure labeling accuracy at first then cover label by extruding secondly which effectively eliminates bubbles and guarantee tightness of label end to end;
F. Intelligent managing, automatic photoelectric tracking which makes sure every object is labeled, automatic label detection and correction for objects with no label. It saves leakage and waste;
G. The main materials are stainless steel and high-grade aluminum alloy, aligning with GMP standard, the overall structure is firm and elegant.
