Basic use:
The semi-automatic flat surface labeling machine (display screen included) achieves labeling on the flat surface of workpiece by sucking and sticking. (Workpiece like cosmetic flat bottles, packaging boxes, plastic cap labeling, etc.) Changing the labeling mechanism, it can be applied to uneven surface, like concave plane and circular plane. It also can be applied to various irregular workpiece by changing the fixture. Integrating coding and labeling functions (Optional: ribbon coding printer or ink-jet printer) and matching with different kind of packaging assembly lines.
Features:
A. Powerful funtion, it can be used in flat surface, concave plane and circular plane of various workpieces even in irregular workpiece.
B. High accuracy and stability, the PLC+ subdivided stepper motor sends label out, delivered accurately; the discharging machine is equipped with the brake function to ensure the tightness of the conveying belt and label detecting precisely; deviation-correcting mechanism is set up inside the detouring belt to prevent labels from going off course.
C. Durable, the circuit and gas path are separated, and the gas path is equipped with a purifying device to prevent the moist air from damaging the electrical appliance and prolonging the lifetime. It is made of high-quality aluminum alloy and stainless steel, firm structure.
D. Easy to adjust, equipped with high and low stroke adjustable function, labeling for product in different heigh , no need to change the fixture frequently;
E. Nice shape, using the bottom computer white electric box, with stainless steel and high-grade aluminum alloy.

F. 2 ways for labeling control- Manual or automatic for your options. workers can choose to use the sensor or foot pedal to control it according to the requirements; The length of the label can be adjusted freely by manual and automatic control button.
