Automatic Double Side Labeling Machine Flat Square Bottle Sticker Packing MachineBasic use:
The automatic double-side labeling machine is suitable for single-side and double-side labeling for flat/round/square bottles and it is widely used in household chemicals, cosmetics, petrochemical, pharmaceuticals and other industries. Labels are operating on two sides at the same time, improving the efficiency of production.
Features:
A. Powerful funtion, it meets the need of single-side and double-sided labeling for four types of bottle (round bottle, flat bottle, square bottle, irregular-shaped bottle);
B. It adopts double-side rigid plastic synchronous guiding chain to automatically correct the neutrality of the bottle. Labor-saving and greatly lower the difficulty in assembly line docking. It can be used alone or connected to the production line.
C. Deployed the elastic pressing mechanism which assure the smooth delivery and effectively eliminate the error of the bottle itself;
D. Configured automatic bottle-distributing mechanism. To separate bottles and making enough spacing before guiding to guarantee the stability of subsequent operations in guiding, conveying and labeling;
E. Equipped with two-fold labeling mechanism. Focusing on labeling accuracy at first then extruding the labels, which effectively eliminates bubbles caused in the process and enhances the tightness of labels;
F. Intelligent Managing. automatic photoelectric tracking, labels for every single object. automatic correction for object without label and automatic detection to prevent leakage and waste.
G. The main materials are stainless steel and high-grade aluminum alloy, complying with GMP(Good manufacturing practice), Advanced design, beautiful shape, firm structure, exquisite technique and guaranteed quality.
